I was listening to the radio, and they started talking about these crazy ants. The mandibles or jaws of these insects are the fastest known moving part of an animal anywhere. "When the two mandibles snap together, they generate a force about three hundred times stronger than gravity, and reach a speed up to 64 m/s."
