A Podcast Call to Arms

Anyone have a site where they get podcasts of some kind? I think it is the sort of thing that is like an mp3 file so I am hoping to put things on my mp3 player for running and such things. I know CBC has some but I don't think I am really into listening to a science show. Just put your suggestions in the comments if you have any. I might look into that sort of thing in the near future.

Edit-
Rob has suggested CBC radio 3' s podcasts and I have listened to a bit of one and I am familiar with the station. Anyways you can check it out here http://www.cbcradio3.com/podcast/about.html I really hate itunes, and if you do too, you can download the 4 different sessions available directly with these links that I dug up. http://dawn.cbcr3.com/podcast/2005_06_04/CBCR3_2005-06-06.mp3 http://dawn.cbcr3.com/podcast/2005_06_13/podcast__2.mp3 http://dawn.cbcr3.com/podcast/2005_06_17/CBCR3_2005-06-17.mp3 http://dawn.cbcr3.com/podcast/CBCR3_2005-06-24.mp3 http://dawn.cbcr3.com/podcast/CBCR3_2005-06-27.mp3
I have discovered that through itunes if you 'subscribe' to the thing it will download them. Anyways I don't like streaming them because you can't pause it or move forward etc.

Comments:
I installed microsoft's .NET program, then a podcast program called Doppler (developed in Edmonton), then iTunes. And I listened to the four CBCradio3 podcasts last night.

Ah yeah, I forgot about CBCradio3. A few months ago I would check it out every now and then because they stream a bunch of songs every month or something. I remember that the songs for the most part were new to me and often quite interesting. I will check it out.
